About Cathy’s Kitchen

Cathy’s Kitchen is a small, made-from-scratch dinner service I run out of Kingwood, Texas. Every Monday through Friday I cook a new five-day menu — real comfort food like pot roast, chicken and dumplings, and pan-seared salmon — and post it here each week so you can see exactly what’s coming before you order.

Dinners come in two sizes, for two or for four, and you text me directly to order — no account, no app to download, no online payment. I confirm every order by phone myself, and you pick up hot, ready-to-eat dinners curbside at The Cove on Hamblen in Kingwood between 5 and 6 pm.

I started cooking for neighbors and friends, and word spread from there — most weeks I’m cooking for people who found me through Facebook or a friend’s recommendation, not an ad. Cathy’s Kitchen is for anyone nearby who wants a genuinely home-cooked dinner on a weeknight without doing the cooking themselves — families, retirees, anyone tired of takeout. I also cater private events on request.
